So. A couple of weeks ago a took a trip down the good ol' DMV. I filled out some paperwork, signed my name, and got my picture taken. And guess what happened....
Camie, you can either go and download the nex picasa 3 (it gives you an option when you open up the editing section). OR, you can just open the document in paint and add text boxes.
