Halloween!

Due to popular demand, I am making a special post of the first official Tobler Family Halloween! For this post I would like to a give a brief history of Toby and Annie's Halloween spirit. About a week before Halloween, Tobe and I discussed our past Halloween costumes. My first appearance on the Halloween scene, I sported around town as a mouse (but I also could've been a bunny -- no matter what I was I rocked that costume).

Toby, also was a bunny. (I have a picture of this somewhere and I can't find it. Toby is probably hiding it from me). We continued to discuss and I discovered Toby has decked himself out as a nerd, a girl (way to go Cicely, Carie, Shelly and Christy), and his favorite, a football player. I ran around the Park City scene as a cowgirl, a bride, and my personal favorite a backpacker (I wore sweat pants, a fleece vest, a white t-shirt, rubbed my face with dirt, and wore a backpacking backpack -- I was quite a tom boy in my day and I thought I looked great).

As we have gotten older, our costumes have continued to get better and better. Although my Freshman year did include a showing as a "soccer mom" (not my most shining moment), I have also been a "Wild Thang" and a biker chick. However nothing can top Toby in his role as "Malibu" -- part of the American Gladiator duo involving Trent Tipton as "Nitro."

So, this year we tried our very best to combine our creative Halloween powers and here's what we came up with...
